In collaboration with Eurolube Australia, a loyal customer in the mining and civil sector has received a robust and long-lasting lube container designed to withstand extreme conditions in remote locations. After experiencing issues with a competitor’s product – which leaked and required annual replacements – the customer was in need of a more reliable and cost-effective solution.

The customer faced a few challenges that needed to be addressed. Their previous lubrication system suffered from leakage and a short lifespan, requiring frequent replacements that resulted in high costs and downtime.
Additionally, the harsh environmental conditions of remote worksites demanded equipment that could withstand extreme conditions without failure. Another key challenge was versatility, as the system had to manage a variety of fluids, including engine oil, hydraulic oil, grease, coolant, AdBlue and gear oil. This required the careful selection of durable and compatible components to ensure reliable performance across all applications.
